Any remodel is stressful even in the best of circumstance. They did a great job mitigating our stress by being available for questions and going over details. Phone calls never went unanswered! Every contractor in our home was vetted, professional and respectful. Never felt uncomfortable with any one we worked with. Ward gave us a room-by-room proposal which was very helpful for budgeting and choosing what to do and when. Rebecca was my champion concerning our budget (I think she watched it closer than I did) keeping us on target. We were able to pause between projects to do some DIY to further stretch the budget with no problem.
