We were contacted by the homeowners to put everything back and with that they had also upgraded a few things aside from insurance repairs. Along with pipe leak and slight upgrades, the homeowners also had items needing to meet current state/city codes. New cabinets in a sage green. Onyx tile flooring throughout kitchen and bathroom. New 7ft long tub. Vanity kit and plumbing/lighting fixtures.
